We know the zoning, variance, and site engineering requirements for the towns we build in. The groundwork is covered. Even before the floor plan is laid out, we can help set budget expectations and guidance based on clients needs in parallel with your design process.
Informing and guiding clients.
CMM uses visualization tools to help clients see and understand what they're getting before construction begins. We manage day-to-day client communication throughout the build as well, keeping them confident and up to date at every turn.
Your ideal level of involvement.
Some architects want to be looped in at every step. Others prefer to hear from us only when something structural or a significant design challenge comes up. We follow your lead, communicate clearly, and make sure you always know where the project stands.
