Amazing Impact

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%.

Meanwhile, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food. The focus is solely on helping children with cancer to not only survive, but ultimately thrive.

When we learned of the St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace, we immediately knew it was something we wanted to do.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Phase One

We front the full costs to acquire a lot and build a custom home.

Our industry partners, vendors and suppliers donate labor, materials and/or services.

Our homeowner clients, friends and families contribute through our ongoing fundraising page and community events.

Additionally, five national sponsors donate their highest-end products.

As the home nears completion, patient families and sponsors sign their well wishes on the sub flooring, dedicated to the children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Phase Two

When the home is complete, it gets listed on the market.

The home is also showcased for free public tours over the span of several weekends.

When the home is sold, 100% of the profit is donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
